These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of redvanilla.in and any purchase made through it. “You,” “Your,” and “User” refer to the person using our site. “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to Red Vanilla.
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18, or using the site under a parent or guardian’s supervision, to place an order.

PRODUCTS & PRICING

We try to display colours and details as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

ORDERS & CANCELLATION

An order confirmation email doesn’t guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — you’ll receive a full refund if that happens after payment. You may cancel your own order within 1–2 hours of placing it; after that window, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it.

PAYMENT

We accept cards / UPI / net banking. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment partners; we don’t store your card details.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders ship nationwide for a flat fee of ₹200, with delivery in 10–12 days. See our Shipping Policy for full details. Risk of loss transfers to you once an order is handed to the carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective items only. Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. See our Return & Exchange Policy for the full process.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All site content — designs, photography, logos, text — belongs to Red Vanilla and may not be reproduced without written permission.

USER ACCOUNTS

You’re responsible for your account login and all activity under your account.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Red Vanilla isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of this site or our products, to the extent permitted by law.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Haryana, India, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ambala City.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes means you accept them.
