Refund and Returns Policy 

This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and exchanges work at Red Vanilla (redvanilla.in).

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled within 1–2 hours of placing them. After this window, we’re unable to make changes or cancel, as the order will have entered processing.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, for defective items only. Contact us at redvanilla.in@gmail.com with photos of the defect to start the process.

EXCHANGES

We accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We accept returns for defective items only. Sale items are excluded from return or exchanges unless they are defectives.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
